Assist teens & young adults in building competencies to stand out from the masses – through strategic positioning to build competitive application candidacy, devising school lists, developing compelling essay content (that gets read), creating signature/passion projects, extracurricular enhancement planning, gaining admission to top tier/choice institutions & programs, curriculum mapping, interview preparation, time management & moral support to prepare for the college journey (undergraduate & graduate admissions).

As a former regional director of admissions at the University of Pennsylvania, she has reviewed more than 1,300 applications a year, advocated for those students in selection committee, evaluated potential athletic recruits as an athletics liaison, and oversaw the university’s portfolio of admissions publications. She also served as second chair in the selection committee for Penn’s interdisciplinary Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology, and made final admit decisions as a university selection committee chair.
Prior to joining Penn, she worked as a public relations professional and served for a decade as a member of the Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in English from Cornell University and is a member of the National Association of College Admissions Counseling. She is a past member of the Pennsylvania Association of College Admissions Counseling.

Colin Crooks MBE is a seasoned social entrepreneur, lecturer, and business coach with extensive experience in launching and managing small businesses.
He has successfully led five award-winning social enterprises, collectively employing over 1,000 long-term unemployed individuals. One of these ventures, Green-Works, earned the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development. In 2012, Colin published his first book, “How to Make a Million Jobs: A Charter for Social Enterprise,” which inspired the creation of Tree Shepherd, a social enterprise that has trained and supported hundreds of disadvantaged individuals in starting their own businesses. In 2019, Colin was honored with an MBE for his services to disadvantaged people and the environment. He currently supports multiple micro and small businesses as a business coach, delivers the UK government’s Help to Grow program, hosts the business podcast “Stressing Values,” and is working on his second book, which aims to help small businesses grow with less stress.

James Martin is a molecular biologist and educator with expertise in microbiology, cancer biology, and drug discovery. During his PhD at Princeton University, he co-led the discovery of SCH-79797, a novel antibiotic effective against multidrug-resistant pathogens, published in Cell. He continued his research at the University of Chicago, investigating cancer cell adaptation and chemotherapy resistance. At Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine, James integrates AI into medical education as Co-Director of the Program on AI in Medicine. He is also a co-founder of Arrepath, a biotech startup advancing AI-driven antibiotic discovery.
